How can I make a booking with Ryanair Holidays?

To make a booking through Ryanair Holidays, please go to holidays.ryanair.com. 

Can I add a person to the booking?

We offer closed package trips, therefore it is not possible to add a second or third person to the booking. In this case a single bedroom-package would have to be booked. 

Can I amend hotel services?

You may amend your hotel room category and/or meal plan through our Service Center.

The price will be requested and updated through the hotel and then forwarded to you.

Can I change my Hotel selection after completing my booking?

Changes to your hotel selection are generally possible.

The cost to amending your Hotel can be requested through our Service Center

How much does a name change cost?

Please call our Service Center to find out about the fees for a name change, since the fees to be applied have to be requested at the airline.The booked airline fares are very restrictive and do not allow any amendment free of charge.

Can I rebook in case of a flight time change?

In case your booking is affected by a flight time change we will offer you an alternative. Should this not be acceptable to you, you may request for other alternatives through our Service Center.

You may modify the dates to your trip 2-3 day, as long as the hotel confirms availability for the chosen dates. Should the chosen dates extend the duration of your trip, you will be charged for the additional Hotel nights. Should the chosen dates shorten your trip, you will get reimbursed the difference in the hotel price.

A full change in the dates of your trip to a future date is not possible. A refund free of charge can be requested through our Service Center.

Can I rebook my trip?

Rebooking your trip is unfortunately not possible. We work with reduced Flight&Hotel fares which do not allow any rebooking.

A cancellation of the trip would have to be done according to fare cancellation conditions and an entire new booking would have to be performed.

Can I cancel my transfer?

Please contact our Service Center via Email or telephone.

Can I cancel my hotel?

A cancellation of the hotel is not possible if the flights are to be maintained, since the trip has been booked as a package.

A cancellation of the whole package can be done. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure date, 40 % of the travel price.

Between the 29th and the 15th day before departure, 70 % of the travel price.

From the 14th day before departure 90% of the travel price.

On the day of travel, 95 % of the travel price. Our Agents at the Service Center would be pleased to help you rebook your hotel.

Can I cancel my flight?

A cancellation of the flight is not possible if the hotel is to be maintained, since the trip has been booked as a package deal.

A cancellation of the whole package can be done. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior departure, 40 % of the travel price.

Between the 29th and the 15th day before departure, 70 % of the travel price.

From the 14th day before departure 100% of the travel price.

Can I cancel only one person?

Yes, a partial cancellation of a traveler is possible.

The cancellation fees in case of a partial cancellation of a traveller apply as follows:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure, 40 % of the amount paid for the traveler.

Between the 29th and the 15th day prior to departure, 70 % of the amount paid for the traveler.

From the 14th day prior to departure 90% of the amount paid for the traveler.

On the day of travel, 95 % of the amount paid for the traveler.

I do not get any rooms with Child displayed. What can I do?

You wish to book a trip with children and it does not work?

The problem may be that the hotel layout does not match the traveler’s information. Many hotels only offer room occupancy for 2 Adults. The occupancy conditions may vary from hotel to hotel and travel dates.

In this case the birth date for the child needs to be introduced as adult. Please be aware of Hotels "only adults". You may find this information in the description for each hotel.

All members of a trip booking will be accommodated in one room. Should you wish to book several rooms, you may have to perform several separate bookings. Information for multiple room bookings and availability is to be found here.

Our Service Center will be glad to assist you to check out availability and help you during the booking process. 

I did not get my travel documents. What can I do?

In case you did not get your travel documents via Email, you may send us your request via email to service@ryanairholidays.com 

Please indicate your booking number. If you do not have it available, specify Names of the travelers and dates of travel.

The documents will always be sent to the email address used at the time of the booking.

If you still do not receive any documents in max. 72 hrs.(please check your SPAM folder), contact us under Service Center.

Does the Tour Guide offer excursions?

The tour guide is only responsible for eventual problems that may occur on site. Tour Guides are not local travel guides.

If you have are interested in excursions please contact the hotel reception.

Is there a Tour guide locally?

Ryanair Holidays offers telephone local tour guide assistance 24 hrs.

You may find the contact information for your local tour guide on the Hotel voucher in your travel documents.

I do have a specific room request. What should I do?

Our Service Center will be pleased to take your room request or wish.

We will pass this to the Hotel but the request will not be binding.

Can I upgrade my room or my meal plan?

You may request an Upgrade of your room and / or your meal plan via email or telephone to our Service Center, indicating your booking number.

Can I request further rooms?

Should there not be enough rooms available for a certain period; you can request an increase in the availability through our Service Center.

We need following information from you:

• Hotel name

• Room type

• Meal plan

• Travel dates

• Number of people

Generally we will give you an answer within 48 hrs.

Can I reserve a trip?

No, we are a pure online portal and book through hotel providers and airlines in real time.

That is the reason why we cannot reserve offers

This is the reason why only binding bookings can be made.

How much is the deposit for the trip?

Immediately after booking you will be charged a deposit corresponding to 40% of the price travel, plus any insurance premiums and fees.

The remaining amount will be charged to your account 25-30 days before departure. For bookings within 30 days before departure, the whole amount will be charged immediately.
